Our fourslides accept custom slit coil with a stock width of up to 2.125 inches, a stock thickness of up to .100, and a feed length of up to 15.0. In terms of wire capability, our equipment can accept stock of up to .188 in diameter.
Our equipment is designed specifically for components that fall within these parameters, and is thus generally more efficient than traditional progressive die arrangements or other methods of production.
Furthermore, as a result of its efficiency, tooling for a fourslide is very cost effective to build.
